The Book of Esther chapter 8 of 10 (To update)

The Book of Esther

Chapter  8

¹ On that day King Ahasuerus gave to Queen Esther the house of Haman, the enemy of the jews, and Mordecai came before the king, for Esther had told what was he to her.

(The Book of Esther Chapter 8 verse 1)

Oh God my Father I thank You for addressing our forms of injustice and for changing one that was negative into a positive one Amen.

² Then the king took off his signet ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave it to Mordecai.  So Esther set Mordecai over the house of Haman.

(The Book of Esther Chapter 8 verse 2)

Oh God my Father I thank You for granting justice on this world, for this world is inclined to corruption and injustice. Though we speak of justice, this important trait is not within us Amen.

³ Then Esther spoke again to the king: she fell at his feet, weeping and pleading with him to avert the evil design of Haman the Agatite and the plot that he had devised against the Jews.

(The Book of Esther Chapter 8 verse 3)

Oh God my Father I thank You for motivating us to act exactly at the right time. I thank You for taking control of situations and reversing the wrongdoings that had been planned for us Amen.

⁴ The king held out the golden scepter to Esther, and ⁵ Esther rose and stood before the king. She said, "If it pleases the king, and if I have won his favor, and if the thing seems right before the king, and I have his approval, let an order be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote giving orders to destroy the Jews who are in all the provinces of the king.

(The Book of Esther Chapter 8 verse 4 to 5)

Oh God my Father when I make a request before You I ask if this is right before You and if I have won Your favour as it being Your will. I thank You for making it Your will that I serve You among Asylum Seekers in the role of a Social Worker and as an non officially ordained apostle who shares Your Word to others Amen.

⁶ For how can I bear to see the calamity that is coming on my people? Or how can I bear to see the destruction of my kindred?"

(The Book of Esther Chapter 8 verse 6)

Oh brothers and sisters in the Lord God our Father, when praying we need to be honest before God and not expect God to read between the lines and answer our prayers. It is not that God cannot do this, however God wants a true and sincere relationship with us where we can grow together. Amen.
